Prima Games identified the need for a new website that boosted the online sales of its strategy guides. The requirement was for a content-rich, deeply-credible, community-engendering and brand-enhancing website packed with time-sensitive and highly-valuable strategy content for gamers. Prima Games wanted a destination site where community activity would help it to get closer to its customers and to help get its customers become evangelists and be more active.
MediaClash triumphed over four US-based agencies and the logistics of geography to win the project. The result was a content-managed website with functionality supporting news, video, community and ecommerce, and no small amount of excitement. Part of the project saw us convert existing print guides to interactive digital products, increasing revenues by 80%.
The site is massive, with over tens of thousands of pages. MediaClash has a long-term deal to create content for the site and to continue to enhance its site both technically and commercially.
